The two-tower project proposed for 1411 Market Street has been in the works since 2007, and got its final entitlements back in February 2011. The super-sleek Handel Architects design includes 754 rental apartments and approximately 19,000 sq.ft. of commercial space located in two 35-story and 19-story towers connected by a 9-story base podium. Part of the project’s approvals were public art installations in the public open spaces, and those designs have now been revealed.
