The Civic Center Community Benefit District (CBD), located in San Francisco, CA, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified vendors to implement, manage and operate Community Service Ambassador services and cleaning and maintenance services.
The CBD currently has a services contract in place that will end on January 31, 2016. The goal of the Civic Center CBD is to have a new services contract in place for services to commence starting February 1, 2016. The CBD envisions a term of contract that with a base term plus options to extend would take the service contract through the end of the CBD’s initial 10-year term which ends on June 30, 2021.
