Overhead Bridge Removal
From Friday to Tuesday: Van Ness Hayes Associates LLC, owner of two former AAA properties (150 Van Ness and 155 Hayes Street), will perform demolition work to remove the overhead pedestrian bridge that connects these two buildings.
This construction project will require a closure of Hayes Street between Polk Street and Van Ness Avenue beginning at 9 p.m., Friday. May 22, until 6 a.m., Tuesday, May 26.
During the street closure, traffic will be diverted to Larkin and Polk streets.
Muni route 21 Hayes will be affected.
REMINDER: Parking Meter Rate Adjustment
As a reminder, another rate adjustment for on-street parking meters in the following SFpark area already took effect:
- Civic Center
- Hayes Valley
- Downtown
- Fillmore
- Fisherman’s Wharf
- The Marina
- Mission Bay
- SoMa
The meter rate adjustment will:
- decrease by $0.25 during 30% of metered hours
- stay the same 60% of metered hours
- increase by $0.25 during 10% of metered hours
