Since 2016, I have been the webmaster and online marketing consultant for the Left Coast Theater Co., a non-profit organization that promotes the artistic work of the LGBTQ and allied communities in order to promote diversity, encourage dialogue and provide an opportunity for unique voices to be heard.

I designed and implemented a new website that highlights their current and past work, as well as the company members. It also serves as a fundraising portal and recruitment tool for talent and support.

The LCTC group accomplish these goals by:

• Developing and staging the theatrical works of the LGBTQ and allied communities;
• Developing an imprint featuring a catalog including fiction, nonfiction, and theatrical works of LGBTQ and allied writers;
• Holding and sponsoring workshops that encourage and support writers and actors in developing their craft;
• Providing a working environment that fosters mutual respect, collaboration, and leadership among writers, actors, and directors through the production process.
